All prices include VAT. What we quote is what you pay. No call-out fees, no add-on parking charges, no surprises on the day.
Core area travel is free across Tyne & Wear, Durham, Northumberland and Tees Valley. Postcodes outside this area incur a £15 travel supplement. We'll confirm before booking.
Payment on completion by card, bank transfer, or cash. We email an itemised invoice and certificate the same day.
If we can't sweep due to access issues, an unfit installation, or other hazards we couldn't reasonably know about beforehand, a £40 attendance fee applies. We'll provide a written report and recommendations.
